تناقلت الأوساط الاجتماعية والرسمية في محافظة ادلب الأسبوع الماضي باهتمام بالغ ولا زالت قصة (سمر خميس) .

تلك الفتاة المعوقة والبالغة من العمر حوالي 24 عاما التي عثرت عليها إحدى الجهات المختصة في كفر تخاريم أثناء القيام بتأدية واجباتها، كان والدها قد حجر عليها في إحدى غرف المنزل عنوة لسنوات طوال.

وذكرت "تشرين السورية" أنها قامت بمواكبة قضية سمر منذ لحظة العثور عليها ونقلها على الفور بسيارة إسعاف من مدينتها كفر تخاريم الى مستشفى ابن سينا بادلب حيث دخلته محمولة على نقالة وهي تصرخ بصوت مرتفع غير مفهوم لتظهر رغبة قوية في تحصيل حقها في العيش والحياة بكل ما فيها من قسوة ومرارة، فالحالة التي وجدت عليها سمر تسرد الكثير من اللوعة وتفاصيل حياتها وخاصة تلك الليلة عندما أميط اللثام عن حياتها وواقعها على أيدي الجهات المختصة فغيرت مسار حياتها وأخرجتها من العتمة الى النور، فوجهها الشاحب الذي يفترض به أن ينبض بحمرة الشباب أحاله الصفار والخوف والهلع صورة لما يدور في فكرها وهواجس يصبح كلامها همسا عندما تريد التحدث إليها، نظراتها تذهب الى البعيد... الى المجهول، صبية خجولة، صامتة وفي داخلها الكثير كما في ملامحها التي لا يمكن أن تخفى على من ينظر الى وجهها الذي أتعبته السنون وقهره الحرمان والوجع. ‏

وتقول تفاصيل قضية (سمر خميس) التي أحالت ملفها الجهات المختصة الى فرع الأمن الجنائي بادلب أن السيد (س ـ خ) مواليد 1950 أقدم على حبس ابنته المعوقة سمر 24 عاما منذ سنوات ضمن غرفة صغيرة، وأمام العديد من المعطيات والوقائع التي تم جمعها من قبل فرع الأمن الجنائي حول السيد (س) وزوجته وابنته تم استدعاؤهما.. وبدت على (س) وكذلك الزوجة علامات القلق والريبة أثناء استجواب العميد إبراهيم خضر السالم رئيس فرع الأمن الجنائي لهما.. وفجأة.. ودون أي مقدمات اعترف الأب (س) بأنه تزوج عام 1983 من امرأة تدعى ميساء مواليد 1955 من بلدة أرمناز وبعد ستة أشهر من زواجه أقدم على طلاق زوجته لأسباب عائلية وخلافات زوجية وقد كانت زوجته آنذاك حاملاً في شهرها الأول وانه متزوج من امرأة أخرى منذ ثلاثين عاماً تدعى (أ ـ خ) تولد 1956 كفر تخاريم وله منها أولاد وبعد ثمانية أشهر أنجبت مطلقته ميساء في منزل ذويها بأرمناز مولودة سماها (سمر) وسجلها في دائرة الأحوال المدنية وبعد سنة ونصف تزوجت أم الطفلة (سمر) وتركتها في حضانة جدتها وعند بلوغها من العمر أربع سنوات احضرها والدها الى منزله ووضعها مع أولاده وقامت زوجته بالإشراف عليها وبعد ثمانية أشهر أعادها لمنزل جدتها بسبب قصور في عقلها وجسمها فقد كانت حسب ما ذكر تبول في ثبابها وضمن المنزل وبقيت بمنزل جدتها حتى بلغ عمرها ست سنوات ومرة ثانية قام بإحضارها لمنزله وحينها رفضت زوجته وضعها ضمن المنزل ومع أولادها واتفق معها على وضعها بغرفة صغيرة لوحدها عرضها مترين ونصف غير صحية مجاورة لمنزله ولا يوجد فيها أي مرفق صحي وقد كانت تقضي حاجاتها الشخصية ضمنها وقد كان يقفل الغرفة عليها بعد أن يدخل لها الطعام بالاشتراك مع زوجته وقد بقيت على هذه الحالة حتى تاريخ 23/10/2007 حيث كشف النقاب عنها.


وأشارت التحقيقات أنه وخلال تلك الفترة الماضية قام شقيق زوجته السابقة المدعو غنوم بالسؤال عن ابنة أخته فأجابه والدها بأنها قد ماتت. ‏

من جانبها السيدة (أ. خ) زوجة السيد (س) اعترفت أمام الأمن الجنائي باشتراكها بالحجر على سمر ضمن الغرفة المذكورة وإدخال الطعام لها وتنطيفها كل خمسة عشر يوما ورفضها تربيتها مع أولادها خوفاً عليهم من إصابتهم بمرض معد. ‏

كما أكدت والدة الفتاة المدعوة ميساء بأنها تركت ابنتها سمر بمنزل أهلها بعد ولادتها بسنة ونصف بسبب زواجها الثاني وأن زوجها رفض تربية الطفلة. ‏

وقد نظم فرع الأمن الجنائي بادلب الضبط اللازم بهذه القضية وقدم الأب وزوجته الى القضاء. هذا وكان الدكتور عبد الرزاق جراد مدير عام مستشفى ابن سينا بادلب حيث تقضي سمر فترة نقاهة أوضح بأن لدى المعوقة سمر خميس ضمور دماغي مع توسع بطينات دماغية وقرحة قرنية واضطرابات في السلوك والحالة النفسية وخوف شديد وعدم المقدرة على فهم الأشياء وضعف شديد في النطق والكلام مع ضمور خفيف في الأطراف بسبب قلة الحركة واضطرابات بصرية في العين اليمنى، ونوه بأنه أجريت لها التحاليل اللازمة مع صورة طبقي محوري للدماغ والصدر وقد أعطيت الأدوية اللازمة وهي بحالة جيدة ويمكن إعادة تأهيلها في المنزل.
